Analysis of the information about the hemorrhagic stroke, received in 10 years of using the territorial-population register of the Republic of Komi
According to the World Federation of Neurological Communities, about 15 million strokes are recorded annually in the world. Vascular diseases of the brain represent the most important medical and social problem, as they occupy one of the first places in the structure of total mortality and disability of the population, both in Russia and in the world. During the period (November 2007 - October 2014) 2,270 people with the established diagnosis of ONMC hemorrhagic type were included in the territorial-Population Stroke Register of the Republic of Komi. In 2017, 310 patients with a hemorrhagic stroke were added to the register. Among the studied patients with ONMK, women predominate. The average age of patients with hemorrhagic stroke was 61.2 ± 13.
