Abstract

Cerebral stroke is ranked second in frequency of deaths from diseases of the circulatory system in the Russian Federation. The annual death rate from stroke in Russia is one of the highest in the world (175 cases per 100 thousand population per year). Early 30-day mortality after stroke is 34.6%, and in the course of the year die about 50% of patients, i.e. every second cases. The aim of this work was to study the demographic structure of patients who underwent thrombolytic therapy, in the regional vascular center on the basis of city hospital №26 in 2016. In the result of the study it was found that group is dominated by men. The average age of patients who underwent thrombolytic therapy was 62.9±12.3 years Average score on a scale NIHSS at admission was 12.3±5 score. The average score in a day after carrying out thrombolytic therapy was 7.4±6.2 points.
