Abstract

For some neurology of diseases the high degree coherence of fluctuations in sagittal and frontal directions in sufficient wide ranges of frequencies is marked, that testifies to presence of strong linear inertial statistical communication of fluctuations in sagittal and frontal directions and can be explained or existence of a homogeneous powerful source of fluctuations in CNS, or synchronization of fluctuations on both directions.
