The clinical analysis of application vazaprostan in complex treatment of the ischemia at the diabetic foots

Abstract

Results of treatment by a vazaprostan on 52 patients in the age of from 50 till 75 years with purulent-mortality defeats are analysed at neuroischemic and the ischemic form of a diabetic foots: 15 men (28,9 %), 37 women (71,1 %). In 6 (11,5 %) cases it is diagnosed makroangiopathy with primary defeat iliac and femoral arteries, and 46 (88,5 %) with primary defeat of arteries of a shin and foots. Course of treatment consisted of 10-20 intravenous infusions of a vazaprostan. An estimation of efficiency of use vazaprostan carried out on the basis of two basic criteria: expressivenesses of clinical improvement and duration of preservation of positive changes. Application vazaprostan can be diagnostic criterion for performance operations on foots. If the inefficiency from application in current of 10-14 day it is the indication to performance of high operation is marked (celebrated). Thus use vazaprostan does not exclude application of basic therapy at carrying out of repeated rate .
