Modern aspects for treatment of destructive processes on diabetic foot

Abstract

Histories of 1178 patients are analysed. 573 (48, 6 %) patients are executed 692 operations. Surgical processing of abscesses, necraektomy, sekvestraektomy - at 312 (54,5 %); amputations of fingers are executed 20 (3,5 %) patients; aeksarticulacio fingers with a resection bones of foots are executed - 98 (17,1 %) patients; amputation foots of Sharp - 80 (14,0 %); amputations at a level of joint Lisfrank or Shopar - 11 (1,9 %); amputations at a level of shin at 13 (2,3 %); amputations at a level of femoral - 164 (28,7 %). Dermoplastic for closing a wound it is executed at 5 (0,8 %) patients. 175 (14,8 %) patients with trophic ulcers of foods was possible to achieve healing conservatively. The general mortality - 66 (5,6 %). Postoperative mortality - 54 (9,4 %). Results of complex treatment of patients with destructive processes on diabetic foot can be improved, but for this purpose the decision of some tactical and organizational questions in complex sociaomedical program .
