Modern approaches to career guidance of the younger generation of the Republic of Komi as a factor in improving the quality of life
The purpose of this article is the practical introduction of the educational complex of the type «school-university» into the educational high school practice, to create conditions for the development of the creative abilities of the students, to provide them with psychological assistance in self-determination and the choice of the future profession.
The task of the project is to create an early selection system for the preparation of future students and their further admission to the specialties in demand in the region within the framework of long-term regional development forecast.
Research hypothesis: the effectiveness of the functioning of this project is ensured by the continuity of the process of familiarizing the child with all aspects of professional activity in the chosen area, acquaintance with the internal processes of professional activity, changes in the intellectual, emotional, volitional, activity spheres of his personality, the possibility of "working" with high-tech equipment, modern techniques and the development of their own project under the leadership of tutors.
Methods: study and analysis of literature, observation, conversation, interview.
Achieved results: The «Universalium» project has been successfully implemented for 3 years on the basis of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education «Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin».
In 2017, the network of summer educational schools «Universarium» at the FGBU VO «Syktyvkar State University named after Pitirim Sorokin» was awarded a diploma for high achievements in the field of quality in the contest «Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Komi».
