Abstract

Three vaccinal strains of Brucella were studied: B. abortus 19, B. abortus 104 and B. militensis Rev-1. It was established, that crystallogramms of the studied Brucella spp. cultures were characterized by specific features that allows using the crystallographic method for their identification and differentiation. The application of this method enables essentially to accelerate and simplify the microbiological identification of these microorganisms. The economic aspect is as well important; the crystallographic test is essentially less expensive than the standard methods .
