Abstract

Learned results of research and treatment 204 patients operated by potentially curative gastric (60) and colorectal (144) cancer. Mean follow-up time was 24±6 months. Research of complex serum tumor markers CEA, CA19-9, CA72-4 for gastric cancer and CEA, CA19-9 and CA242 for colorectal cancer increase selfdescriptiveness of method on preoperational stage, effectiveness is 89,7% and allow to diagnose metastases and recurrences in postoperative observation before clinical manifestation. Alphafetoprotein is ineffective in diagnostic of gastric and colorectal cancer liver metastases .
