AbstractIt is reasonable for the replacement findings of the mitral valve in case of durable post-operative periods and for patients’ quality of life, to evaluate tolerance of physical effort, which results in the condition of the cardio-vascular and respiratory systems and general adapting resources of an organism. Taking into consideration the seriousness of the condition of the patients under study, the data about the physical tolerance may be received with the help of the dosed physical effort. A group of clinical factors (sex, etiology of mitral valve disease, type of myocardial overload, number of operations on the mitral valve and etc.) influences on the degree of the patients’ physical effort. .
