The Journal "Bulletin of the International Scientific Surgical Association" has been published since 2006. The journal publishes scientific reviews, articles of a problematic and scientific-practical nature, cases from clinical practice. All submitted materials are subject to mandatory review, the results of which make a decision about the possibility of publication.
Periodicity of the journal is 4 times a year.
The journal is publicly available and it is included in the Russian Science Citation Index.
All works published in the Journal are taken into account in the competition of scientific degrees and titles, as published scientific work.
Articles of both accomplished scientists and beginners are accepted for publication.
